Terms of Service

1. Services
CallStream Systems provides AI receptionist services designed for plumbing businesses, including call answering, appointment booking, and related features as described on our website and in your service agreement.
2. Fees and Payment
Services are provided for a one-time setup fee of $250 and a recurring monthly fee of $500, billed as described at checkout or in your service agreement. Your first payment includes the setup fee plus your first month ($750 total). Invoices are sent manually and are due as specified on each invoice.
3. Cancellation
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us. No refunds are provided for the current billing period upon cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Late Payment
If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate service until payment is resolved.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information (services, hours, coverage area, calendar access) necessary for us to configure and operate the AI receptionist on their behalf.
6. Service Availability
While we aim for high availability, CallStream Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for missed calls or lost business resulting from third-party service outages (including but not limited to telephony, hosting, or integration providers) beyond our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallStream Systems' total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology associated with CallStream Systems remain our property. Clients are granted a limited right to use the service as described in their service agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection laws in a Client's jurisdiction (e.g., the United States) apply.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Changes to Pricing and Plans
We reserve the right to amend pricing, service plans, and usage policies from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.
