From callers (customers of our Clients): When our AI receptionist handles a call on behalf of a Client, it may collect the caller's name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the reason for their call, for the purpose of booking or managing an appointment.

We use collected information to: provide and improve our services, schedule and manage appointments on behalf of our Clients, communicate with prospects and Clients, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

We use trusted third-party providers to deliver our service, including but not limited to: Retell AI (voice processing), Tendo AI (agent configuration), Cal.com, Calendly, Square, and Housecall Pro (scheduling), and PayPal (payment processing). Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the third-party providers listed above as necessary to deliver our services, or as required by law.

We retain caller and Client information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Clients may request deletion of their data by contacting us directly.

CallStream Systems is based in South Africa and provides services to businesses in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your own, including the United States and South Africa.
